Two-Stone develops games, exercises, simulations, and case studies to enhance learning and understanding. We have also found that games can facilitate organizational change, and bring people together so they learn from each other.  Incorporating realism and fun, we tailor our games and simulations to the specific organizational needs and institutional goals of our clients.  Our games are unique because they combine theory with praxis and promote strategic thinking by placing players at the center of difficult policy decisions.  Our games create “teachable moments” by bringing players together to work through problem scenarios and interact with one another in order to arrive at decisions.  In our games, players learn to effectively communicate their positions, ideas, plans, and solutions.

Our products center around public policy management, and range from the local and state to the national and international stages.  While many of our games and exercises revolve around national security and foreign policy scenarios, they focus on strategies and skills central to effective decision-making at all levels of government, business, and non-profit management.  Our games and exercises have been successfully used and tested in corporate, collegiate, graduate, and executive education settings.

We like to say our games are "hand crafted." We have the ability to quickly assess an organization's key issues, to understand where the difficult problems lie, and focus our work on those problems. We don't have a "formula" that we fit games into, and we don't cut costs by using inexperienced designers.

If you want quality, you've come to the right place.
